Recep Tayyip Erdogan University aims to be a university that raises awareness and sensitivity among its staff, students and relevant stakeholders in order to protect and develop human rights, to ensure equal opportunities in benefiting from fundamental rights and freedoms, and to combat all kinds of discrimination. In line with this goal, our university adopts and implements the following policy:

To ensure equal opportunities in education, employment and management processes; to remove obstacles against all kinds of discrimination based on gender, language, religion, ethnicity, age, disability, socioeconomic status and other reasons,

To organize promotional and awareness raising activities with all units, student clubs and other stakeholders on all rights such as human rights, animal rights, environmental rights in order to strengthen equal opportunities and anti-discrimination with a holistic approach,

To increase the accessibility of physical and digital infrastructure to ensure the participation of disabled students and personnel in all activities of the university,

To raise awareness of the basic concepts of gender equality and its effects on business life.
