With the aim of enabling and maximising the sustainability of “Stakeholder Satisfaction”, which is the principal focus of all the services that we provide as Recep Tayyip Erdogan University:
- Adopting a stakeholder-focused approach while designing and carrying out the services
- Making improvements continuously and systematically for increasing the satisfaction of stakeholders by analysing the needs and expectations of stakeholders and addressing these needs and expectations in time,
- Assessing the stakeholder feedback as an opportunity for taking necessary precautions for the inaccurate and missing implementations,
- Effectively and actively using the channels of receiving feedback,
- Providing service that is in concordance with the university quality policy and other policies as a part of quality, and that is appropriate for legal legislation,
- To be a university that is the provider of all necessary resources to carry out stakeholder satisfaction actions effectively.
